I was referred to BSL by a friend and couldn’t have had a better experience! My driver Frank was prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly! Assisted with bags, opened doors and was impeccably dressed! I’ll be requesting Frank to be my driver again thru BSL!!! Thanks Frank!!!!

This was our first time using a limo service. Frank was such a pleasure! My son and I felt like we knew him our whole lives. Frank made us feel very comfortable and important. We were picked up on time, both ways, even dealing with the first snow fall. We will defiantly be using your services again. Thank you Frank!

A+ Service! Our driver Francis (Frank) was exceptional! Not being a frequent flyer, he called me after our flight landed, walked me through where the baggage claim was and then walked me through to his location. Very attentive to us after a long day. Flight delay…no problem! Bay State Limo was at the ready when our other transportation fell because of the delay. He grabbed us at 1:15 am and was headed back to Logan for another pick up at 3:15 am! We appreciate you!

I used Bay State for the 1st time and it was a wonderful experience. Frank is awesome! The office staff were great in accommodating my request to have Frank on my return trip as well. Car was very well maintained, Frank was an impressive driver in Boston traffic, felt perfectly safe. Will be using them again and once again asking for Frank. Highly recommend both BayState and Frank.

Bay State is always so friendly and accommodating. They've driven us to and from the airport on multiple occasions and we also used them for our wedding. We always request Frank as long as he's available. He's the best! Always so on time, friendly, easy to talk to, and makes us feel safe on our rides. I wouldn't use any other company.

We have used limousine services for concerts, parties, transportation, and airport deliveries for many years, and Frank is without a doubt the VERY BEST in the business. He even went above and above the call of duty to assist us in loading our baggage, providing spring water, and ensuring that the temperature in his limousine was ideal for us, even at 4:30 a.m. Frank takes his job extremely seriously, and he is a valuable asset to the industry, a great gentleman and professional. Our flight from our trip overseas was canceled at the airport, and he was so fantastic that he was willing to wait for us long enough to arrive.
